Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the sycana AI platform ("Service") operated by sycana AI ("us", "we", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Enterprise Subscription & BAA
Use of sycana AI for processing Protected Health Information (PHI) requires a valid Enterprise Subscription and the execution of a Business Associate Agreement (BAA). If there is a conflict between these Terms and the BAA regarding PHI handling, the BAA shall govern.
2. License to Use
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your internal business operations (specifically for medical referral triage and management).
You agree NOT to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service.
- Use the Service to build a competitive product.
- Upload any data that you do not have the legal right to process (e.g., patient data without appropriate consent or HIPAA authority).
3. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You assume full responsibility for the clinical decisions made using the outputs of the Service.sycana AI is a decision-support tool, not a diagnostic device.
4. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding Customer Data), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of sycana AI and its licensors.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
6. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL SYCANA AI BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA (EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT REQUIRED BY THE BAA), OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
